Benefits: We offer a killer benefits package. We pay for 50% of our candidate’s and 25% of dependent’s medical and vision insurance premiums, along with offering dental insurance, 401k, referral bonuses, and sick time. There is also no fee to work with us.

OUR PLACEMENT PROCESS

Our placement process is based on building relationships and taking the time to understand your goals. Here’s what you can expect:

Phone Interview: How did you excel at your last job? What are your career goals? Where do you see yourself excelling? We ask the right questions to ensure you get placed in a role you actually want.

In-Person Interview: We put a face to a name, ensure you’re not crazy, and finalize details before submitting you to your dream job.

Reference Check: We call your references so our clients don’t have to, accelerating the process to make sure everything checks out A-Okay.
Submit To Client: By now we know you’re a rock star. If our clients have an opening, we put in a good word and guide you through our client’s interview process. If we don’t have the right position, we will call you back when we do!
